My classes are ideal for practitioners of all levels and experience and those seeking a grounded, gentle, and powerful practice. You can expect to be guided through a harmonious sequence that emphasizes breath control and proper alignment. 

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Movement, meditation, and mindfulness have been a core element of my life since childhood. My parents are deeply involved in martial arts and Buddhism, leading me to explore Yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation from a young age. This exposure has blossomed into my love and passion for movement, mindfulness, and breath as a lifestyle and the most significant influence shaping the person I am today.

Hot yoga flow & hot pilates.

FUN FACT

I am a retired kindergarten teacher, and now I spend my time in the classroom teaching youth the basics of yoga and meditation.
